1/2 in 250 liter amphorae of clay and chamotte where the wine ages for 4 months, 1/2 in 225 liter barrique Tonnellerie Seguin Moreau of 2nd passage French oak

Tasting:

Ruby red colour, fresh and drinkable.

The nose recalls the herbaceous aroma of green chili, hazelnut and pepper.

Very pleasant on the palate, toasted, young and fresh.

Pairings:

Suggested as a fresh aperitif, it pairs well with first courses, fish and grilled dishes.
